　　本发明提供一种利用爆破防治煤与瓦斯突出的方法，包括：钻孔；导管壁上开设有至少一个用于引导爆炸能量传播方向的引导孔；在导管内壁的底端，按自底向上顺序安装至少一个内部已安装有起爆装置的药包；引导孔与其中一个药包位于同一导管部位；各药包起爆装置通过导线串联后，将导线引出到导管外部；向钻孔内注水至孔口；将已固定好药包和水泥炮的导管缓慢、平稳地插入已注满水的钻孔内；引爆各药包，利用药包爆破能量和破坏、地震效应，在引导孔的引导作用下，在特定区域煤体内按一定延伸方向产生裂隙，进而形成抽瓦斯通道；定期启动抽气设备，通过抽瓦斯通道向外部抽取瓦斯，降低瓦斯突出风险。

具有适用范围广、施工成本低和施工方便优点。
